TRA Cloud Reconciliation

Terms of Service

Effective: October 1, 2026

TRA Cloud Reconciliation (“TRA”) is a private internal system operated by Enrich Living. These terms govern authorized access to and use of TRA.

Authorized use

TRA is intended solely for authorized Enrich Living personnel and other persons expressly permitted by the company. Unauthorized access, credential sharing, interference with the service, or attempts to bypass access controls are prohibited.

Operational purpose

TRA supports internal reconciliation, record correlation, status tracking, and related operational workflows. Information produced by TRA is an operational aid and may be subject to further review where the system identifies incomplete, conflicting, or uncertain source information.

Google account authorization

Google account access must be explicitly authorized by an account owner or an authorized administrator. TRA uses Google account data only as described in the TRA Privacy Policy.

Availability and changes

Enrich Living may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue TRA or any feature at any time. Internal procedures and access requirements may also change as operational or security requirements evolve.

Data and security responsibilities

Authorized users must protect credentials and use TRA in accordance with applicable company policies, contractual obligations, and law.

TRA is provided for internal operational use. To the extent permitted by law, Enrich Living does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every external source will always be complete, current, or error-free.
